Proposition:

allinbox provides a B2B2C managed Unified Entertainment solution-as-a-service (i.e. the ability to consume different digital services e.g. video, audio, games, and to interact on and with the device of choice utilising selected services e.g. social viewing, multi screen, companion device, applications), combined with a Digital Rights Market Exchange i.e. a B2B2C Unified Entertainment service delivery platform enabling European operators i.e. Telco and cable to move from an infrastructure play i.e. "dumb pipe" to a service play on an Opex base coupled with a digital rights market exchange.

Opportunity:

Allinbox is enabling the end-user to consume and interact with a variety of digital entertainment at any time, on any device anywhere in the connected home.
allinbox is enabling operators, (i.e. cable and telecom in Europe who are actually providing the broadband connectivity but facing a subscriber churn, via a minimum monthly recurring subscription fee) to offer a Unified Entertainment experience i.e. the ability to consume different digital services e.g. video, audio, games, and to interact on and with the device of choice utilising selected services e.g. social viewing, multi screen, companion device, applications to their end-users. allinbox will operate on a B2B2C model and leverage the existing customer base of the targeted operators - leaving them to maintain the direct customer billing relationship but providing them with second level technical support.

Additionally, for content providers allinbox is aggregating long-tail demand and so creates efficiencies for content providers by enabling them to deal with a single volume player for negotiation rights and related administration.

Founders:

Mark Rigolle the co-founder and CEO of Allinbox has 17 years successful company management, strategy & development, and financial expertise in telecoms (satellite, fixed, mobile). He was the former CEO O3b Networks Limited (backed by Liberty Global, Google and HSBC) and CFO SES S.A and former Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer Belgacom. Project managed Belgacom through its IPO.

Steve Glangé, co-founder and COO. Has held a number of business development roles and is the former CFO of a utility company.

Location: The Company is headquartered in Luxembourg, with an initial European focus (and subsequently globally into US and Asia.)

Financing Round: €4 million Series A round in order to execute a beta test in Luxembourg and Germany as well as launch commercially in these countries in Q1 2013.
