Assistant - Ariadne Capital |
Responsibilities
Managing reception, support the smooth running of the office facilities with responsibility for answering the Ariadne Capital main line telephone.
Compiling expense reports.
Taking minutes at meetings.
Investigating and arranging travel itineraries.
Inputting business information onto the in-house database; including business cards, CV's, business plans, updating of company information.
General office administration including ordering stationery, supplies, making refreshments for meetings, ordering of taxi's, couriers, managing incoming and outgoing post.
Provide general administrative assistance to the Ariadne Capital Team as required.
Credentials Required/Preferred
Ideally two years experience in a similar role
Strong IT skills, knowledge of MS office, good typing speeds
Knowledge of a European language is useful
Strong understanding of customer service
Demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to proactively manage several tasks at once and remain cool under pressure
