Required/Preferred
Associate or Senior Associate at a leading investment
bank, corporate finance house or major consulting firm.
Corporate Finance skills are necessary.
Structured analytical background with some exposure
to entrepreneurial ventures.
Sales and Marketing ability is fundamental to the
role
Strong understanding of sub-sectors of technology,
media or telecoms sectors is preferred.
Corporate Finance skills are necessary.
Domain expertise is expected.
MBA or Masters degree from a leading institution or
other evidence of a strong network.
Nationality-neutral, but must have UK working papers
and strong European network and expertise.
Dynamic, networked, hard-working individual.
Strong presentation skills.
Perfect written and spoken English.
Excellent writing skills and business financial analytical
ability.
Proactive within a team working environment .
Responsibilities
To manage and build client relationships.
To help secure client mandates
This includes pitching, creating proposals, getting
standard LOEs signed, managing the profitability of
the account.
To execute transactions - M&A, capital raisings,
commercial partnerships
To analyse technological innovation.
