Sales Director
You will have at least 6 years media sales, 3 years Online Advertising sales experience and will have previously built and managed a successful sales team. First hand experience, or a good understanding of, how both Online Advertising Networks and the players on the sales and buying side operate is essential.

Sales Executives
With Internet Advertising sales experience and a proven track record in building client relationships, you will be responsible for managing a number of agencies and advertisers. You will be cultivating relationships at all levels within these companies to maximize the revenue opportunity for Bluelithium. Negotiating and deal closing skills are a prerequisite.

Business Development Director
You will have a proven track record in building an Internet Advertising Network within the UK. You will have established relationships with site publishers in the UK and possess a good understanding of the dynamics of the business. You will be responsible for putting in place the strategy for building the UK Bluelithium Network and executing the strategy with your team. You will also be in charge of the management of the Network and the fulfillment and optimisation of campaigns.

Account Managers / Media Buyers
You will have had experience in buying internet advertising and managing direct response campaigns. You will have to be strategically minded, have attention to detail and be highly analytical. Your responsibilities include developing direct response media buys, managing the execution and maximizing campaign performance by recommending strategic changes. You will be working in the Business Development Director's team and closely with our strong sales force, trafficking team in Belarus, and finance departments.
