Director M&A - Ariadne Capital
Director level M&A professional required at London-based TMT-focused investment and advisory firm, Ariadne Capital.
Technology sector experience is a must; ability to originate deals a plus, but candidate would be expected to flawlessly execute three to five transactions per half year.
Candidate will be expected to show a minimum of 10 years deal experience, and have demonstrated an ability to raise capital and do complex M&A deals.
Start-up operational experience will give the candidate a clear advantage.
Candidate should be used to working in a diverse multi-cultural environment, but perfect spoken and written English is a must.
Compensation and incentivisation very competitive.
