Title: Associate Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
Credentials Required/Preferred- Minimum of 5 years experience at a leading investment bank, corporate finance house, accounting firm or major consulting firm
- Understanding and experience of standard accountancy practices are important
- Structured analytical background with some exposure to entrepreneurial ventures
- Ability to synthesize information and form a defensible point of view is critical
- Sales and Marketing ability is important to the role
- Strong understanding of subsectors of technology, media or telecoms sectors is preferred
- MBA or Masters degree from a leading institution or other evidence of a strong network
- Nationality-neutral, but must have UK working papers and strong European network and expertise
- Dynamic, self-motivated, hard-working individual
- Strong presentation skills
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Strong writing skills and business financial analytical ability
- Proactive within a team working environment
- To manage and build client relationships
- To help secure client mandates
- This includes pitching, creating proposals, getting standard Letters of Engagements signed, understanding and managing the profitability of the account
- To execute transactions – m&a, capital raisings, commercial partnerships
- To analyse technological innovation
