Receptionist and Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities
  • Setting up the office each morning
  • Managing reception, support the smooth running of the office facilities with responsibility for answering the Ariadne Capital main line telephone
  • Booking, setting up and clearing away meeting rooms.
  • Making refreshments for meetings, ordering of taxi’s, couriers, managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Informing the support team of any technical issues. Setting up new users on email etc. (Connect)
  • Sourcing printers, faxes, new laptops once budgets have been approved.
  • Ensuring all company filing is up to date, including online filing.
  • Private dinning event (booking restaurants, producing a guest list, name badges and table settings)
  • Binding, printing and faxing for the Client Team
  • Organising team meeting (agenda and action items)
  • Monitor stationary
  • Investigating and arranging travel itineraries
  • Inputting business information onto the in-house database; including business cards, CV’s, business plans, updating of company information
  • Compiling expense reports
  • Administrative assistance to the Ariadne Capital Team as required
Remuneration

You will receive an annual base salary £15,000.  You are entitled to participate in the Incentive and Bonus Scheme in place. This rewards team contribution as well as group strength and performance.
