The 4th Annual Ariadne 'Entrepreneurs Backing Entrepreneurs' Dinner on the 26th of March in London. Ariadne's 45 Investor Members, some of the leading entrepreneurs of Europe, will be meeting the afternoon of the 26th of March in London, and we would like to reach out to fellow entrepreneurs that evening to include in our circle for our annual dinner honouring the leading entrepreneurs of Europe.

For the last 20 years or more IT has been seen as the backbone of business expansion and a prime source of competitive advantage. Budget has been lavished upon it, almost without question. Distributed architectures have encouraged a proliferation of servers and storage devices.

Leaner, meaner, greener is the clarion call to business in 2008. Yet the current reality is that the cost of people, power, cooling, the space to operate these systems is increasing at a far faster rate than most business overheads. Do CFOs really know how efficiently they are using their assets? Crucially, does corporate UK have the right tools and management practices in place to really know how to invest in the right infrastructure and actively manage its ongoing IT costs?
