Company Adds Seasoned Marketing and Business
Development Capacity
NEW YORK, May 10, 2004 -- On2 Technologies, Inc., The Duck Corporation,
today announced that it has entered into sales arrangements with Marcom
Connections, LLC in Los Angeles and Ariadne Capital in London to expand the
company's sales and business development capacity. Marcom is owned and
operated by Raymond F. Ribble, a software industry veteran with extensive
sales and marketing experience in the U.S. and Japan. Ariadne has broad
relationships with telecommunications, consumer electronics and cable
companies throughout Europe.
"The suite of TrueMotion products at On2 is changing the way content is
delivered over a variety of networks," said Bundeep Singh Ranger, COO of

Marcom's Raymond Ribble will provide senior-level business development
expertise to compliment On2's strategy of maximizing their presence in U.S.
and international markets. Ribble will help to accelerate On2's revenue
goals and implement sales practices that create competitive differentiation
in today's complex sales environment.
As On2's Western Region Sales Manager, Ribble is responsible for designing
and managing initiatives within On2's market that will lead directly to
improved customer relations and higher revenue development expectations.
Prior to joining On2, Ribble established his credentials with 20 years of
sales, sales management, engineering and business operations experience. His
career began in aerospace engineering and includes international and
corporate sales management, as well as executive-level operational
management positions. He has extensive experience working with technology
corporations, and has particular expertise in systems integration and
systems planning.

customer interest in On2's software in these markets is rising," said
